The Valley:

Where the Future

Takes Root

Built by people,

not investors.

Built by people, not investors.

This land is proof that real change doesn’t come from the top, it grows from the ground up. The Valley is where effort turns into equity and ideas turn into impact.

A wellness resort designed for rest, reconnection, and renewal—powered by the people who believe in something better.

Every trail, cabin, and drop of water is part of a system that sustains itself, and the people who believe in it.

MORE THAN LAND

— It’s Proof of What’s Possible

The Valley isn’t a development project. It’s a declaration. That people, when trusted, empowered, and united, can build something sustainable without waiting on permission or capital from the top.

This 35.9-acre stretch of land is our living example of Joint Capitalism: a model built on movement, effort, and ownership. Every dollar here circulates within the community.

Every project feeds the next. Every person who walks this ground becomes part of a story that outlives them.

We’re not here to compete with the system. We’re here to replace what’s broken with something that works.

A Place Built With Purpose

—Phase by Phase

We’re not rushing this. The Valley is being built the same way community should grow—slowly, intentionally, and with meaning in every step.

Every nail, beam, and plant here is part of something bigger. Every phase is funded through the people who believe in it—not corporate investors chasing a return.

Phase 1:

The Foundation

This is where it begins—10 custom glamping pods, 5 RV spots, and shared spaces that bring people together.

A bathhouse, community kitchen, and gathering patio will serve as the heart of the property—a place to share meals, stories, and ideas.

Phase 2:

The Flow

Water becomes our next focus. The Valley General Store and Bottled Water Facility will open, producing up to 60,000 bottles a month while creating jobs and sustaining the ecosystem.

Beside it, the Nine Lives Cat Sanctuary begins providing care and companionship—reminding us that every living thing has value here.

Phase 3:

The Elevation

We move higher—into cabins, treehouses, and bluffside rope bridges connecting lookout points.

The trails extend deeper into the woods, offering spaces for solitude, reflection, and movement.

This is where wellness becomes not just something you do—but a way of living.

Each phase builds the next and each step brings us closer to a fully self-sustaining wellness resort where the community, not corporations, owns the future.
