What happens next

Availability gate: The Valley reviews the date, lane, remaining capacity, weather holds, private closures, and rental availability before payment.

Payment and deposit: Day passes collect full payment. Stay lanes collect deposits: RV $50, primitive $15, Bell Tent $75; balance timing follows the final payment path.

Waiver and rules: Every adult signs. Minors attach to the responsible adult. Property rules and no-lifeguard acknowledgement are stored with the contact.

Check-in pass: Confirmed guests receive the visit summary, parking note, creek-condition reminder, and check-in instructions.

Changes and reschedules: Weather changes, closures, refunds, and reschedule requests stay attached to the same booking request.

Member access: Members use a separate access calendar so founding-member visits do not erase the public day-pass limit.
