No. Member access is managed separately, but members still check in and count toward the overall property capacity. Entry can pause for parking, safety, weather, flooding, or creek conditions.
One meal ticket is included on dates with posted Grill service. Checkout will clearly show whether a meal is included for the selected day.
No. Five Mile Creek is a natural body of water. Swimming and wading are at your own risk, and a signed waiver is required before entry.
The launch plan includes Creek Day Passes, four Valley RV Retreats, ten primitive campsites, and one Bell Tent. Other amenities will stay clearly labeled as future until they are truly available.
The Valley may pause creek access or close completely after heavy rain, flooding, unsafe water conditions, severe weather, maintenance, or other safety concerns.
