Rescue and recovery
The sanctuary is for cats who need a safe landing, steady food, patient care, and time away from traffic, weather, or unstable situations.
The sanctuary is a developing rescue and care mission inside The Valley ecosystem, kept separate from regular creek-day access so care can come first.
The Valley Cat Sanctuary is being built as a separate rescue and care area within the property - a quiet place for cats who need safety, recovery, adoption help, or long-term sanctuary care.
The goal is not to make animals an attraction. The goal is to protect cats well, give helpers a clear path, and keep guests, families, cats, and creek activity safely separated.
The sanctuary is for cats who need a safe landing, steady food, patient care, and time away from traffic, weather, or unstable situations.
Cats who are ready for homes can move through foster or adoption interest. Cats who are not ready can remain protected as sanctuary residents.
Animals should never be left at the property. Every rescue, surrender, foster, adoption, volunteer, or support question must start with a confirmed request.
The sanctuary is not part of normal creek-day access. Visits, volunteer work, and care tasks happen only in confirmed windows.
Food, litter, carriers, bedding, veterinary support, sponsorships, and volunteer time can help the sanctuary grow responsibly.
The sanctuary will open in phases as fencing, care routines, quarantine space, staffing, and safety systems are ready.
Ask about volunteer care tasks and future sanctuary work days
Share foster or adoption interest when cats are ready for placement
Sponsor food, litter, bedding, carriers, or veterinary needs
Coordinate supply donations before bringing anything to the property
Respect sanctuary boundaries during creek days and overnight stays
Never leave animals at The Valley without a confirmed intake conversation
