Five Mile Creek is natural water. Access can pause for flooding, rain, water conditions, maintenance, or safety.
The Valley
Waiver and Visitor Agreement
Every adult must complete the current waiver path before check-in.
No lifeguard
There is no lifeguard on duty. Swimming, wading, floating, walking near the creek, and other water activity are at the guest's own risk.
Children and supervision
Children must stay with their responsible adult. No drop-offs and no unattended minors.
Property rules
Guests agree to posted rules for parking, fires, animals, trails, shared meals, private areas, alcohol, coolers, quiet hours, cleanup, and sanctuary boundaries.
Confirmation record
Final waiver language, signature, check-in pass, and check-in records are handled before arrival.
