Reservation controls
A reservation is not final until availability, payment or deposit status, waiver status, and check-in details are confirmed.
Refunds and closures
Creek Day passes may be rescheduled once with at least 24 hours notice. Overnight deposits are refundable with at least 7 days notice. If The Valley closes for weather, creek conditions, parking, maintenance, animal safety, private stewardship, or general safety, affected guests receive reschedule, credit, or refund-review choices from The Valley.
Natural conditions
Creek access and amenities can change because of water, weather, safety, construction, maintenance, and property needs.
Membership
Member access is separate from public day passes, but still subject to total-property capacity and current operating rules.
