Creek Day passes may be rescheduled once with at least 24 hours notice. Overnight deposits are refundable with at least 7 days notice. If The Valley closes for weather, creek conditions, parking, maintenance, animal safety, private stewardship, or general safety, affected guests receive reschedule, credit, or refund-review choices from The Valley.
Creek access can pause for rain, flooding, lightning, water condition, maintenance, construction, parking, animal safety, private stewardship, or staff safety judgment.
Five Mile Creek is natural water with changing depth, footing, rock, current, and weather. There is no lifeguard, and minors need active adult supervision.
The property includes gravel, grass, natural grade, uneven ground, and changing outdoor surfaces. Guests should share mobility needs before arrival.
Animal and sanctuary areas are separate from guest access unless The Valley confirms a visit, volunteer, foster, adoption, or support request.
